=== Golpe de Estado === Até então o País Vasco era uma monarquia absolutista, o imperador Marcelo tinha 2 filhos capazes de manter a sucessão, Júlio de 23 anos e Bingolas de 6 anos. Durante a guerra contra Caixa Prego, Júlio foi morto em batalha. Isso manteve o destino do império na mão de uma criança caso o imperador morresse. Em uma tentativa de manter a legitimidade do jovem, Marcelo escolheu o famoso Noé para ser o Guardião. Em 1814, o Imperador é encontrado morto em sua sala, a autopsia diz que a morte foi causada por envenenamento por cobre. Com isso, Pai Noé alienou a criança e declarou o fim da monarquia absolutista em favor de uma monarquia parlamentar. O povo adorou o novo governo do Noé, e então ele ganhou todas as eleições para primeiro ministro e como regente ele declarou a si mesmo Generalíssimo Noé acabando com a monarquia.
